Did you know?

That the word search puzzles we put on the back of the bulletin are prepared by Presbyterian minister Reg McMillan. In appreciation we have been paying for his site hosting at Lectionary Puzzles (We also get a credit on the page.) Reg recently sent us a note of appreciation with some interesting statistics.

Hi Robert,
Please express my appreciation to the folks of Pinawa Christian Fellowship for hosting the Lectionary Puzzles (word search) web site.

Over the year it averages about 500 visits a week with higher usage for special seasons of the church year.

Following is one of weekly summaries I get from the counter.

Thanks again.
Reg McMillan

Mrs. Claus

Mrs. Claus was on hand to entertain the little people. For more pictures of the event click here.

A good time!

The bazaar was a big success! We had a steady stream of people all afternoon and what a great crowd of volunteers! Many Thanks to Holly and the many others who helped put everything together. The Ladies Guild had a delicious selection of cakes and tea, coffee and juice. Here are some satisfied customers.

PCF Bazaar - A Green Christmas

Pinawa Christian Fellowship's annual Christmas Bazaar is Saturday, November 17, 1-4, in the Gilbert School gym on Massey Avenue. Take an environmentally sensitive approach this year and celebrate a "Green Christmas". This year we are offering a variety of recycled items - "attic treasures", children and adult books, and houseplants, as well as those gifts that go easy on the environment - fair trade items, home-made crafts, nylon shopping bags, and reusable paper Christmas gift bags. Our silent auction is a crowd pleaser with a dozen gifts waiting to be won. While considering your purchases you can sit and enjoy tea and cake prepared by the PCF Ladies Guild, humming along to piano Christmas tunes. Bring the children along to meet Mrs. Claus and the multitude of activities she has planned. We wish young and old a Green Christmas and happy holiday season! See you on Saturday!
